UIDIY.

Design systems have grown sophisticated — but they live on either the human side (Figma, Tailwind) or the AI side (prompts, MCP). Never both. UIDIY needed to be a component platform where humans browse and AI agents query the same UI primitives, through the same language.

The real challenge wasn't the code — it was building two front doors that felt like the same house.

Layer 1: a public browsable site (Next.js 16 + ISR) where humans pick, preview and copy components. Layer 2: an MCP server that exposes the same components as callable tools for AI agents — with full schema, variants, and code output.

Every component is authored once. The duplication is automatic. Humans see a polished page, agents see a tool call — both see the same source of truth.
